Common questions
Do I need prior Japanese knowledge?
Not for N5 – we start from zero. For higher levels, we do a placement test before enrolment.
What is the class size?
We cap classes at 12 students to ensure personal attention.
Are classes online or in-person?
Both. Our Banani office runs in-person batches and we also offer live online classes.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes, you get an Exiva course completion certificate. The testing bodies issue official JLPT/NAT certificates.
